The beef-ng package has a bug, where after successful configuration under http://localhost/beef/, and the Finished button is pressed, the user is redirected to a page with the following result:
The requested URL /beef/hook/example.phpui was not found on this server.
Apache/2.2.14 (Ubuntu) Server at localhost Port 80
The configuration data is adding an additional "ui" to address for the redirect. I have attempted to use several different pages for the configuration, and the additional "ui" characters are not my typo. So, in an attempt to correct the issue myself: I tried grep 'ing the configuration files and complete root directory for beef, trying to identify the culprit (file), but have had no luck thus far. Please let me know if anyone has any suggestions or has corrected this issue for themselves...
