Your processor have vt technology? enable it on setup of your machine, then try boot :)
Regards,
AFAIK Intel Celeron does not support intel VT which is required to run 64bit guest.
try 32bit instead
Or just go with the 32bit version ?
I have the same issue. How do I enable vt technology?
Just change you Sata Drive controller setting in Bios to "IDE". This will solve your problem.
1. In bios you will find something know as Visualization Technology (VT) make sure it is Enabled.
In case you are not able to find in Bios please download this http://www.intel.com/p/en_US/support
/highlights/processors/toolspiu/ (download by clicking down the resource and utilities) and in this you can
know if your VT is enabled or not.
2. Make Sata Drive AHCI/ Sata to IDE in bios (important step). It will be in Advance tab, system
configuration.
3. USB Emulation if enabled is not an issue it will still work.
4. USB booting in the top priority save and exit bios.
