Re: Official hello thread
Hello all.
I am currently taking a UNIX Administration course. We're mainly working with Fedora in VMWare, but have an assignment to install another distro of our choosing. I've played around with several flavors previously, but decided to try something new...
...and here I am. :D
I have a particular interest in network security, so I decided backtrack was a good option to become familiar with.
Hope to learn lots during my stay here.

Re: Official hello thread
Hello hello!
I'm currently taking the PWB course so I'm just starting from the beginning. I'm stuck in Kansas(Military), surrounded by people who have no desire to learn more about a computer then what the start menu shows. Fortunately, I will be back in Orange County, California by the end of May. I might finally be able to meet some other computer geeks :D
So there's a little bit about me.
I am currently a guitarist for the military, my contract ends in a month.
I'm planning on going to my local community college and transferring to possibly UCI(unless I find a school in California that caters more to hackers, any suggestions?)
So yeah, I'm super happy to be here.
Thanks if anybody other than I actually read this :) lol
