Official hello thread

Hi everyone.

I am newbie and found this site tonight, don't know why I didn't think of checking this site before hand. But whatever.

I am a new guy into the Security/Forensics field. I have my BA in Network Security and Computer Forensics and now going for my Master's. But I have no job doing either Network Security or Forensics so a lot of this stuff I try and learn myself and teach myself by asking questions, screaming at the computer.

Thanks for setting this forum up I found the thread I needed but will add some more to it shortly. Gonna bring it back from the dead as his problems were exactly like mine but not exactly. LOL.

Hello all.
Might as well make the first post in the hello thread.
Not really a n00b, been playing around with Back Track since BT3 (Which is still installed on my eee701, but broken).
Mostly interested in wifi security. Played around with WEP cracking before and have now started with WPA/WPA2 but without success (so far) Also have been doing abit of wardriving, which actually is more just mapping of wifi aps.

Work with IT as a consultant. Thats about it for now. :cool:
