EnGenius EUB9603h - rtl8188su No moniter mode or Injection

Alright I just got a new wireless card from Fry's. The EnGenius EUB9603h. It has very good range and signal. Worked out of the box in Ubuntu, but I can't seem to get it to work for packet injection or just even monitor mode. Please help.
