@tuxnator That can be done by adding or changing a switch in the ettercap launch line. I have not thought of it since the xterm window and eci files have what I want in them. Plus if you run sidejacking you will get a pcap dump from ferret

@ericmilam, I already knew about adding a parameter in ettercap. Anyway, this is only an idea to have a more complete and multi-purpose script.
Not sure how using that switch makes it more "complete & multi-purpose" The goal is to get creds out of the tool which are all in the eci file. How would having the pcap file make it more complete? Let me know and if it makes sense I can make that change.
Having this makes more complete because beyond only capturing the credentials, also is possible to go deep in the whole captured traffic and gather any other information.Quote:

Yeah I can add it...not a problem. Anybody can by simply changing the switch in the ettercap launch function
