sslstrip and fragrouter problem

When i try to use fragrouter -B1 or sslstrip -a -l 8080 i get
sslstrip: no command found
or
fragrouter -B1: no command found

i don't know what am i doing wrong...please help

Also I think you are referring to "fragroute" not "fragrouter".
