Wireles Fritz-Wlan device Error???

Hey,
firstly sry for my bad english!
Ok i have the following problem,
I have a "Fritz Wlan" Stick.
If i start BT5 with VmwarePlayer and go "Virtual Machine" -> "Removable Devices" -> I see my Wlan Stick.
If I open The Terminal and type in "airmon-ng" i only see "Interface Chipset Driver" but under it therre is nothing, how i get my wlan stick into there?

I have made a screen and i hop eu could understoud what i have for a problem.
