Aircrack/coWPAtty Parallel Computing Support
I've been wondering about this for some time, but have never found anywhere, other than a few obscure archived forum posts on the topic, that shed much light on this problem.
John the Ripper (I HOPE you know what that is ;)), has an MPI build available, and I have to say, it works quite well. (By the way, my cluster on consists of a five node test environment with about 12GHz and 10GB RAM all up but it's better than nothing :) ).
However, when it comes to WPA hash cracking, JTR falls short. I've done the usually generating combinations with JTR, and piping that into aircrack, but aircrack does a HORRIBLE job of running on more than one core!
I was wondering if anybody knew of a program (does coWPAtty work I've never tried it) that support multiple cores/a cluster environment?
All responses appreciated! :D
