How do i make the Wireless Adpt work in VB?

i finally got the AWUS036H, so far working great on my Ubuntu 10.04 (host) with Gerix GUI, but now i cant seem to make it work with the Virtual Box, need some help.

You might want to provide some detail about how you are going about the process, what error messages you have received, what troubleshooting steps you have taken, etc.

tried adding it through the usb option in VB, did not work, Iphone and USB do get added and work but not the Adapter, i started networking and nothing it does not get detected, tried to add bridge the adapter failed... i might be configuring the adapter wrong in Virtual Box...
