Finally Up and Running.....NOW WHAT?

Ok so I finally figured out how to download and install BT4. I have windows vista. So I 1st downloaded VMPlayer, Then BT4, The created a new virtual machine for BT4. Now That I have all of that stuff, can some one please help me with my next step. My goal in to Use the wireless Hack program thingy to get into my neighbors internewt service since He has a better connecting than my other neighbor does. So can SOMEONE PLZ tell me the next step to take. I am pretty sure I need to install the aircrack. I have it downloaded and I am stuck now, how do i get it into BT4? PLZ PLZ PLZ PLZ PLZ PLZ HELP HELP HELP HELP.
