how to use ssh over proxy??

hi guys

I can't connect to my server with ssh under my university ( because of the F## proxy)

i wanna use my server (tor is also closed im my country :mad:) to break the proxy by using proxychains

any help from you guys?? or any other methods

Go to your university network administrator, explain him the problem, problem solved.
Oh and another thing, this has really nothing to do with Backtrack.
