TrueCrypt Full Disk Encryption Across Dual Hard Drive Set Up

I just threw BT4 R1 on my second hard drive, and now I'm looking for a way to cascade encrypt both drives, and utilize the truecrypt boot loader.

I'm currently using GRUB, after removing the truecrypt bootloader by decryption of my Windows drive.

I absolutely hate GRUB, due to the issues I've had with all of my systems after removing GRUB.

Does anyone know a way to accomplish my goal without screwing up my system and having to re-install windows and all that great crap?
