wont detect my flash drive

hi im new to the site i dont know much about this but i have backtrack 4 running of a disk and it wont detect my flash drive which has got my wordlists on it.

Anyone know how to or where to go to see the flash drive files in the program. i was going to copy the wordlist from the flash drive to the root so i can find the keys to WPA2

or anyone got any better suggestions?
