My HP Mini fan(s) don't seem to function right.

I Just got a new Hp Mini every thing runs fine except the cooling fan does not work for some reason any help?

Well besides the fact that you joined here, disregarded the rules you agreed to and then posted the minimal amount of info, what else have you tried?
Did you check Google, the forums, Ubuntu forums, Google, the manufacturer, etc?
I would recommend doing that a bit first and then report back with info in hand.
