How do i change the boot from backtrack to windows 7

Hi,
How do i change the boot from backtrack4 to windows 7. I have tried finding it but i cannot. Thanks for the help.

you have to change boot order -> edit menu.lst
google ,,how to edit grub,,

I think all CompSci and IT programs (even in High School) should start with a "trouble shooting for dummies" type class.
