thanks for replying, but it didnt work for me. when i open the flv file on firefox it didnt play the flv file but it auto download the file.Quote:

To be able to play any downloaded .flv file, try this:
- go to adobe.com and download the latest flashplayer for windows and install it to wine
- download a free FLV player from download.com and install it to wine
that what i did and it has played every *.flv for me.
