how ti install broadcom 802.11b/g driver
Hello all,
am new to back track, and need to know,
i've installed bt4 on vmware everything seems to be fine, but when i type iwconfig, i don't see my wlan0 which is broadcom 802.11b/g on my acer aspire 2920z
please any one tell me how to make it work

I had this problem when I first installed Ubuntu, and it took me forever to get the damn thing working. I have the site that I used to get it working on my computer at home, but I'm at school right now. If you can't it to work let me know and I'll post other site.

hey, i found something wierd,
i have installed backtrack 4 on vmware with both win7 and mac 10.6 and with both i caouldn't see my wlan0 listed hen typing iwconfig
i trid the live dvd and guess what,
i caould see my wlan card and every thing is working fine, what do you think the problem is in vmware !?!?
