Every day I take time to read all the new posts..
I click the the "What's New" button to see all the new posts
Lately I have been getting post from the foreign forums...
I don't have anything against the other forums except I can't read them
Is there a way to filter out anything other than English??
And yes I have set my default language to English in My Profile..

it's not directly possible via the new posts button
it's possible in the advanced search page
you can use this procedure
Click advanced search
click Single content type
select backtrack forums in the search forum drop down
select last visit in the date drop down
select save search preference
and you are done
