I need help with bt3!

Hello. I recently downloaded BT3 final. I have it on a CD, and open BT3 via VMware, It works and everything, but in tutorials to do things it shows a desktop and a start menu! I do not see that anywhere. I will post a photo of what it comes up with for me, if ANYONE can help me this would be great.. So, in ending basically what I am wanting to know is how to get to the actual desktop of BT3. this is what I get,

BT3 is not supported anymore.
Use BT4!!!
