How can i do this?
Is there such a program that can do this?
Of course the sudo apt-get command wont work (sudo apt-get install rar unrar)
I tried to install winrar but i get this error
Code:rar: /lib/libc.so.6: version `GLIBC_2.7' not found (required by rar)
Can anyone help?

First in your initial post you didn't mention that you issued the unrar command.

Second why did you install winrar. Unrar is natively installed on BT.
On my clean BT unrar works perfectly. No need to install anything.
So try to get rid of your faulty winrar installation....
I think i should of mentioned i am using BT3
