Installing .lzm's

Hey guys, nublet to this forum. I've been using Backtrack 3 Final for a little while now and managed to install it on my Windows XP via VMWare Workstation. Everything is running smoothly, however I would like to install both spoonwep2 and spoonwpa. Problem is, I haven't a clue how while using it through VMWare. If anyone can help me out with this, I'd really appreciate it. Thanks :)

Nobody? I suspect it's easier than I think but a lot of the explanations I searched for would involve some experience on the matter, but I do not. Maybe a tutorial I'm overlooking?
