Cant install kernel.lzm

Hello, i'v been having HUGE troubles getting my edimax ew7318-usg card to inject properly,

i read this thread --> http://forums.remote-exploit.org/bt3...-bt3final.html

and it tells me to load a new kernel.lzm into BT3.
so i downloaded and put the kernel into my root.

then ran this command...

and my shell window pauses for a while and then my backtrack freezes.

Im running BT3 on VMware and again im using the edimax ew7318-usg card
with the RT73 drivers.

Someone help?




and does BT4 have the rt73 drivers fixed?

i tryed it again and this time i let it sit for several minutes.
It gave me a "failed to copy" error, this time so it still isnt working.

any ideas anyone

alright well i figured out the problem
i got BT3 final and removed BT3 beta
then my driver installed without a problem.
i was able to get my card to inject with aireplay.:]
