i am unable to access my windows partiotions in BT3
i have tried this
mount -t ntfs-3g /dev/sda1 /mnt/sda1
fuse: failed to access mountpoint /mnt/sda1: No such file or directory
FUSE mount point creation failed
Unmounting /dev/sda1 ()
and this too
mount /dev/sda1 /mnt/sda1
mount: mount point /mnt/sda1 does not exist
but none of them is working so plz help!!!!!!!

Just pointing this out: If you're having problems with mounting a device because you didn't make a folder, perhaps Backtrack is not the distro for you at this time. Now, maybe you just posted without really thinking, but this is probably even a larger violation of the "target market" mentality. Try to figure it out on your own. I'm actually dumbfounded that anyone helped you with this issue as "noobish" as it is, especially balding_parrot. At least his humor was there. :)
This should do it for you:
mkdir /mnt/sda1
mount -t ntfs-3g /dev/sda1 /mnt/sda1
