netgear WAG511 and Laptop Dell inspiron 1520

i have Dell inspiron 1520 and i buy Netgear WAG511 , pls i can connect it to my laptop or not...?!!

First of all this seems to be a question completely unrelated to BackTrack in every way, but I'll try to help you out nevertheless. If I am not mistaken the Netgear WAG511 is a PCMCIA card and your laptop only sports an ExpressCard slot. This being the case you will not be able to directly plug in the card into your laptop without using for example an ExpressCard to PCMCIA adapter.
