When I first installed BT4 Final I was presented with the initramfs prompt. Unplugging the usb wifi and rebooting was all it took. For some reason it seemed to think it was a drive.
hello i have found the cause to my problem now, when i install bt4f to the usb with unetbootin-(windows-377) it all so installs a app
called Highspeed drivers and it makes a autorun file telling windows how to boot up the usb to run faster but it stops linux from
doing a full boot deleted it and now it all works fine :)
I am also having problems with an initial boot up of BT4 final release, although I have mine direct on a HDD, when I boot to my BT4 HDD I get grub loading message then error 17 and load stops, and I can go no farther. Not sure what to do, have redownloaded the .iso and still getting same error, does anyone have any ideas? I am running 2 HDDs on my computer, one is Vista 32bit the other is blank HDD that I put the BT on. on boot up i selected to boot BT and get the error.
