How to run scripts from the desktop.

I am nearly done on my n00bies bt3 usb preconfigred key.

My issue is i have 4 scripts which run fine if i drag and drop in a terminal window, however if i run them as shortcuts the windows close and also you cannot copy items in there..

So how do i have shortcuts from a desktop to run bash scripts OR can anyone help me make a startup menu with the x 4 options and have this running on startup with the addition of the instructions.txt file launching to help the n00boys and n00bgirls?

I have tried using xterm etc but finding that linux help is hard to find!

P.S Anyone managed to find a free alternative that images a whole usb key?

what script ?(pastebin.ca it )
why can't you just put the script on the desktop ?

if it's shell script, just right click on it / advanced properties / check run in terminal.........

to run them at startup, name them with a .sh at the end ..... and give exec right to the file and finally put them in the autostart folder of kde .........

If i run it as a shortcut with the terminal option then you can't copy and paste te bssid from airodump and into spoonwep .. i know its not the end of the world to drag and drop scripts into a command window, but i want to make this for the people who just want to plug and play :)
