BackTrack 3 HD from USB Full install

Hello
I am currently on a ASUS EEPC900 netbook loaded with ubuntu, and I want to put a full Install of BackTrack with it. I am running backtrack (3) of a USB atm and would like to just replace the entire harddrive on this netbook with BackTrack and wipe ubuntu. Is this possible?

We dont support BackTrack 3 here, its BackTrack 4 Final only.

If someone wants to provide an answer for this question for BackTrack 4 as opposed to version 3 please do so.
