How to get ar9170 chipset usb adapter working

I'm using TP-Link TL-WN821N 300Mbps, using Backtrack 4 R2 on VMware Fusion, already install the patch and nothing, it doesn't recognize my USB

For the TP-Link - TL-WN821N v3 you need ath9k_htc drivers

well I didn't went on that page, I downloaded the newest version of Compat wireless, install it and add the ar-9170.fw file and worked just fine
