Default Changed WiFi Channel to 13 and Can't Connect

I accidently changed my WiFi channel to 13 and now I can't connect to it to change it back (since I don't have direct access to my modem). I can see the modem with backtrack with airodump but I can't see it in any other graphical apps to try and connect to it. Does anyone know how I can connect to it with my wireless card "Dell Wireless 1490 dual band wlan mini-card"?

Ahh let me be plain and simple on this one.
I don't believe you. If you don't have access to the AP to change the channel then you probably shouldn't be changing the channel. Furthermore we do not support or condone illegal activity. So before you go and get banned, move on and let it go.
