Apache Error - "No IP"

I want to set up a loopback service for apache on my BT3 setup to serve me with a personal blog where I will be storing all my own guides so they are easily accessable. Everything is set up good with MySQL and Apache however I have encountered a problem. If I am connected to an AP then apache starts fine. However if I am not associated with an AP I get an error message stating "No IP assigned!" and HTTPD won't start.

How can I work around this problem?

Manually assign an IP address, although it may screw up any DHCP setting you have, or point it to localhost (127.0.0.1).

You should probably look at the Apache documentation, too. It's been several years since I've fiddled around with Apache at all, but it seems to me that the config files used to control what IP the server was binding to. It may be that you can bind a default IP if you're getting a DHCP address. If that's the case, you could probably set it to localhost.
