Did you check the supported hardware list?

Please don't make any mistake, and don't believe those sellers who sells this thing as "Super USB WiFi Antenna, Boosts WiFi Range Up To 3 Times farther!"...

First read the technical specifications of the "thing" (I call it thing, because I really don't like those wifi cards with included antennas, that's almost always crap):

Chipset Gain: Up to 20dBm, Antenna Gain: 4.5dBi

So the Tx power from this thing is about 100 mW, nothing super until now...

And the gain from the antenna is weak, in fact you'll maybe get a better signal than with an integrated wifi card, but that's not even sure. The worst thing is that you can't even change the antenna, unless you disassemble the whole thing, as it's integrated...

Please always read the technical specifications, if you're looking for high quality and high power material, you're in the wrong way.

Hehehe...thing is right. There's a better option...a 500mw adapter and a parabolic. At least a better antenna, if not the power.

i'm waiting my 3meter lenght RP-SMA -> n-male cable :)
i can attach it to my alfa and to my commercial 17-19dbi lucent directional antenna, any bets that how long it will go? :D

Cantenna would be handy also.. even that my lucent would beat it up :) cantenna is altho smaller and portable.

The tech specs dont look all that satisfying for it to be a "super wifi antenna thing."

what would you recommend if you wanted a quality product that'll really boost your wifi range?

first buy quality product... USB 'cause of portability.. so i say buy ALFA and make your high gain antenna for under 20$

or buy commercial one.
